Worst McDonald's in the Palatinate! I've really given the shop a chance now, but nothing works, it still tastes good, something is still right! Currently McDrive. The fries are bagged cold, the ketchup is really hotter. These are then really rickety and very light, that has nothing to do with the french fries. The french fries cups are only half full. By the way, orders are really never as ordered or complete. You can't rely on it, no matter how little is going on. The outside of the order board already shows the Happy Meal toy from 2 months ago, and you are no longer asked what you want. The cola is awful, not carbonated and incredibly diluted. Savings are made here. The brown broth didn't deserve the name Cola! If you then check everything and have found that half of it is missing or wrong, you stand for an eternity, because it is not that easy if at the checkout no one has listened to what you wanted. In the store, it's not clean, it never was. THAT is really the last shop. I'll go to the others in the future, KFC or Burger King are not far. These are really not worth my nerves, nor do I have a real appetite for the ate!

Not able to complete an order even though nothing was going on

Despite the long queue, the drive thru was pretty quick. The food was fresh and still warm when we got home 30 minutes later.

Two of us drove to the drive-in and wanted to redeem a voucher via mobile phone, according to the cashier (very unfriendly) this would only be possible with a mobile phone, new orders were rejected. Very unpleasant service experience!

Just a friendly and helpful lady. The rest very unfriendly and difficult to understand. Order also still incorrect. This is not how you get through the Corona crisis.

As always, too long waiting time (for 3 burgers 35 minutes) incompetent employees! Opposite in the BurgerKing you are definitely better off!

I wanted to go to the toilet there today because I had to urgently and had another trip home before me. Despite my declarations that I am pregnant and that the baby is probably pressing the bladder, they refused to do so. Sad, as this is a basic need and despite pregnancy there was no understanding. I understand and accept the regulations due to Corona, but that's humane.

A disaster. Toilet is closed despite shopping. The toilet at other Fastood is open. The employees also say they are not allowed to use the toilet.

My sponsored child chose a toy using the order touch. The staff was not able to ask the child if they wanted something else because the ordered one was no longer there. Just pack up, according to the motto, the main thing is to have something inside. Of course the theater was big because he already had the game. I wanted to exchange it, the only thing I was offered was a book, the child is 5 years old and can't read. In the end, my godchild didn't want anything. COVID19 does not seem to be a problem, especially for the employees in the kitchen. The staff (mostly 2 people) ALWAYS had their mask hanging under their chin during their last visits and talked happily / laughing with their faces over the customer's food. So no surprise since the shift supervisor doesn't seem to think much of the mask requirement. Because even He wears them under his chin. We have already left the restaurant 4 times without buying anything. We will definitely refrain from further attempts!

The first chance when you get your food in-store faster than when you drive through the drive ? And in hardly any other can you feel so much that the employees, even the shift supervisors, miss everything. That's what I call service, I really want something to eat again

Were there last night or 00:30, there wasn't much going on but it looked very bad, chips on the floor, leftovers, etc., after the guests got up the tables weren't cleaned in the time we were there so almost half a time Hour. These people have got to be on some kind of different time zone. They are never and i mean never ready at 6 in the morning. The owner should maybe look at the reviews and talk to his employees.

We were quite late (about 1 o'clock) it was almost nothing going on (2 have eaten and 2 were in front of us) there were 3 or 4 employees there. Our order was a menu and a few small burgers (think 1 hamburger 2 chees and still some) so the reason why 2 stars. I love it from time to time at the mcdonalds what to eat! But the land looked .. garbage on the ground machines were dirty and have been waiting for the few parts 30min .. And then there was also a burger missing .. As I said there was nothing going on and they were 3 or 4 there I could have made a point .. I was so annoyed that I even made a picture .. But what you do not see in the picture on some tables was garbage and weigh this where you can put his tablet also plugged were full ,

Waiting 25 minutes for food is a mess. We had ordered to eat there. But suddenly you were kicked out at 8 pm after you suddenly had cleaning work to do.
